How and when do I receive my Dutty Pleasures Jouvert Package?
Distribution dates and times will be announced closer to Miami Carnival. You will need your ID that matches the registered name on the order. All orders must be picked up by the purchasing party in full.
What are the accepted payment methods?
VISA/MASTERCARD, AFTERPAY, KLARA
Can I receive a refund for my deposit if for any reason?
No. No refunds, no exchanges, and no transfers. All deposits and sales are FINAL.
Is the Parade included with the purchase of my Dutty Pleasures Jouvert Package?
No. Only a pass for the day of Jouvert will be included in your package.
Can I create and wear my own attire for Jouvert?
Yes, you may wear your own attire, however you MUST purchase a Jouvert All-Inclusive Package to receive all the benefits of being with Dutty Pleasures.
